Brooklyn, Pretoria: Comprehensive upgrades to the Brooklyn Pavilion office park are officially complete and the A-grade office is now ready for new business tenants. The attractively positioned, 3 storey office building situated in the upmarket suburb surrounding Brooklyn, Pretoria required a thorough internal upgrade to align itself with the quality of the structure, its features, and surroundings.

The renovation project entailed replacing the outdated internal aesthetics of the centre with a modern, A-grade finish and well-designed look and feel. Common areas received new tiling, ceilings, and aesthetic lighting fixtures as a standard improvement and new corporate furniture, including stylish wooden reception counters and seated waiting areas, were added. Key themed wall decorations were installed to add a sophisticated look to the visitors’ area and staircases with updated lighting and ceiling features were installed to enhance the refreshed space.

Practical facilities within the building, including bathrooms and the canteen area, have also been completely redone with new fixtures for a stylish specification throughout. The canteen area specifically was reconfigured with a new kitchenette, coffee counters and both wall and dividing features.

Externally, the buildings received a fresh appearance with chosen accent walls and all exterior surfaces, both plaster and steel, were treated and painted according to revised architect specifications.
