Waterkloof Rand Centre

Erasmusrand, Pretoria: Grand upgrades to the Waterkloof Rand Centre are officially underway in Pretoria, with renovations planned for completion towards the end of April this year. The Rondomark team is excited to share details of the project.

The first floor offices are receiving a redesigned entrance, artistic foyer and reception area with all passages, lighting and doors being upgraded to modern specifications. External centre areas and the outward facing structure as a whole will also receive a refurbished new look.

The supermarket is converting from a family store to a Select Corporate Pick n’ Pay and will be completely rebuilt to the brand’s new and heavily improved specifications along with a grand new, enlarged and relocated glass façade entrance.

The construction promises an exciting new space for both office and retail business owners looking for a fresh, well-positioned base of operations. Waterkloof Rand Centre is already home to a reputable coffee shop, hair salon, travel agent, liquor store, fitness studio, accessories store, and Pick n’ Pay supermarket and is conveniently situated just off the N1 Highway on Rigel Avenue, ensuring easy access for customers and clients alike.

The centre will remain open during construction and is ready to accommodate new prospective tenants through its variety of open office and retail spaces.
